We are so excited to present you photographs from Big Stat Studios.

We have known one of the owners, Garry Boyce for some time. Garry is an artist who works in metal who used to take pictures as a hobby. He is a wonderful, genuine, sweet man my family has always adored. Along with his sweet, sweet new partner Emily Mason, they have built a wonderful business seeing and recording people as they truly are.

I hired them to take a series of photos of my children as a trial run. They truly photographed my boys in a way that I have not seen before. They also edit every single photo to sharpen and brighten the shots. I could not be happier with my choice to use them for my children and so we hired them to document our opening. What follows are the rough (unedited) photos from our open house, ribbon cutting and first day of school. We learned with the Davis Road opening that we were so busy that we in essence, missed the first day. When we think back on it now it is a blur of activity. We wanted to have a means of remembering this opening in a different way. We are so happy that we chose to have Big Star record it because as we looked back over the photos yesterday we saw the events it in a different way. We know that we will not ever forget this amazing time.
